Tuesday Memo ~ March 20

BOOK FAIR – THIS WEEK ONLY!

Book Fair hours are 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.  Thank you to those who have signed up to volunteer.  If you would like to help please contact PTM President, Angie Garner, 953-8562.  Thank you!

Reading is so important to children’s academic success and there are sooo many books to choose from.  The best way to encourage your child to read is to purchase books that catch his/her interests.  Last year the PTM purchased more than $1,000 worth of classroom equipment using “Scholastic Dollars” earned through book fair purchases.  Also, remember that the classroom that has the most sales at the book fair will enjoy a pizza party!

Please remember that all of the books may not reflect your own family’s criteria for what you deem appropriate.  Guide your student’s choices.

NGCA GRANDPARENTS’ DAY

A big THANK YOU goes to Mrs. Klass, our students, teachers and parents who all worked together to make Grandparents’ Day a wonderful success!  Most of all we give thanks to God for blessing this event with His presence!

SPAGHETTI DINNER

Net profit results will be shared as soon as we have them.  Thank you, parents, for working, selling tickets, and providing desserts!  A special “Thank You” goes to our PTM officers!  It was a good day!

CAR WASH

High schoolers earned $300 for their Florida trip washing vehicles on a donation basis.  Thanks to all who contributed!
